Job Description
We are seeking a Graphics Designer / Engraver to create and prepare artwork for laser engraving across signage and plaques, metal and glass items, and wood and acrylic products. This shared design and production role supports predefined product templates, custom projects, and high-volume repeat orders while maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficient workflow from concept through finished product. Advancement opportunities may include Senior Designer, Production Lead, or Specialized Engraving Technician.
Responsibilities
Create graphic designs, vector illustrations, and layouts for engraving and finished products.
Develop engraving artwork for signage, plaques, metal and glass items, wood, and acrylic products.
Prepare production-ready files using predefined templates and custom specifications.
Proof designs, incorporate revisions, and confirm artwork accuracy before production.
Select suitable materials and operate laser engraving equipment.
Coordinate shared design and production duties, including production scheduling.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Manage artwork for high-volume repeat orders and custom projects
