About the Role Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for helping patients heal, recover, and thrive. This role offers the opportunity to provide a wide range of massage therapy services in an outpatient physical therapy setting, working closely with a supportive clinical team in a positive, patient-centered environment. What You’ll Do Deliver safe, effective, and individualized massage therapy sessions, including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Trigger Point Therapy . Provide compassionate, professional care that promotes relaxation and recovery. Conduct client check-ins to ensure comfort and appropriate pressure throughout each session. Collaborate with physical therapy staff and refer clients as appropriate. Accurately document treatment notes before leaving each shift. Participate in marketing efforts and help build a strong client base. Maintain a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere and contribute to clinic success. What We’re Looking For Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of North Carolina (or eligible for licensure). Strong skills in sports, deep tissue, Swedish, and trigger point modalities. Excellent communication, organization, and patient interaction skills. Flexibility to adapt to clinic needs and scheduling demands.
