Medical AssistantRaleigh Capitol Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy is hiring a full-time, onsite Medical Assistant in Raleigh, NC to keep patient visits running smoothly and support our providers' clinical work. You'll help create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient while maintaining accurate documentation. Key responsibilities include:Room and prepare patients for physician visitsAdminister injections and assist with in-office procedures (including scopes)Support pre-op and post-op care, patient education, and minor proceduresHelp start provider notes and facilitate patient communicationAssist with appointment and procedure schedulingRequired skills/qualifications:Medical experience preferred; medical certification not requiredStrong communication, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced clinicAbility to use iPads and EMR systemsWe offer a benefits package designed to support you at work and at home, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, a 401(k), Life Insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA), and Paid Time Off (PTO).Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm.
