Supporting the administration of Workday Core HCM, the full-time remote Workday HCM Analyst will manage employee data, troubleshoot issues, and assist with HR processes including benefits and payroll. Key responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support and administration for Workday Core HCM, including employee lifecycle transactions Troubleshoot Workday issues and coordinate resolutions with HR and other stakeholders Assist with Workday business process configuration, testing, and documentation for ongoing improvements Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience Hands-on experience working with Workday HCM Experience supporting one or more Workday functional areas, including Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, or Talent Management Understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
